5 things you need to know about these tiny paintings

Tiny framed landscape painting held between thumb and finger greeting cards alongside

I loved creating this collection of twelve miniature landscape paintings and wanted to tell you a bit more about them.

1. They’re all one-of-a-kind

Each one is an original piece of art, painted on a tiny 4cm piece of 100% cotton paper and signed on the back. I couldn’t write small enough to sign them on the front without obscuring the painting.

I haven’t made any copies of any of these paintings so they’re all completely unique and won’t be found anywhere else.

2. Landscapes from the UK and Ireland

They’re all landscape scenes from England, Scotland and Ireland - places I have visited or that are close to where I grew up.

I’ve painted landscapes from County Mayo on the west coast of Ireland, parts of Yorkshire and the Scottish Highlands.

3. Tiny paintings in tiny frames

Each painting is framed in a tiny hand-made antique brass frame and is held between two pieces of glass. They are perfect miniature wall hangings or Christmas tree ornaments.

4. Delivery is tracked as standard

All orders from my shop are now sent with full tracking worldwide as standard so you’ll be able to follow your tiny painting’s progress as it makes its way to you.

And your painting will be carefully wrapped using fabric and recycled packing materials to protect it on its journey.

5. Also on Etsy

If you’re in the EU or just can't find your country at checkout (thanks again, Brexit) you can also find these paintings in my Etsy shop. You’ll pay the same price either way.

These tiny paintings have been a joy to create and are beautiful little keepsakes, ideal to give to someone you love (if you can bring yourself to part with them!). I hope you find just the right painting for you and that you enjoy having it in your home as much as I enjoyed creating them all.
