    Great links! I’ve been in kind of a trouble-maker mood lately, so of course I had to click on the post about willpower first. 😉 I always say that simply muscling yourself to do something is never the answer. But, surprisingly, the ideas in that post were all excellent–all lifestyle choices that will increase your energy and ability to create. And I love that a low-glycemic diet was included on the list. Eating that way–with lots of protein, especially–has done a lot to keep anxiety at bay, for me.

      I also try to eat a decent amount of protein at every meal because it helps keep my blood sugar levels stable – and as a result my overall energy and mood are improved too. And yes I agree Bethany, that article was great because it focused on taking good care of yourself as groundwork for improving your staying power :).
