There’s not much to say about this because it’s no great insight to learn that I eat every day! Whatever I’m doing I always need to know that I won’t miss a meal. So if I’m going out, I mentally plan the places where I could buy or eat lunch. I’ll always try to arrange things to make sure that I don’t miss a meal and end up hypoglycaemic and/or irritable.
So although it goes without saying that one of my daily routines is to do with eating regular meals, I’d say that most of my day gets planned around those meals too. They’re always a priority and I never miss one.
