Just a few photos from our visit to the Cutty Sark on Saturday.
I’d never been there before but it’s definitely worth a look.
Being able to walk on the deck, have a look around the ship and then go inside and look up at the boat from below is really interesting and how it’s been done is very impressive.
We also bought tickets that included a visit to the Royal Observatory and are valid for 30 days so hopefully we’ll be back in Greenwich some time soon.
Some photos from our recent holiday to St Ives in Cornwall.
The entrance gate to the grounds of St Bartholomew the Great Church, taken just outside the hospital (also St Bart’s) in Smithfield.
The Olympic and Paralympic athletes’ parade passed through London on Monday and I’d completely forgotten about the RAF flypast, until it went over our flat.
I quickly grabbed my camera and caught a few pictures, which I took with one hand as I was also on the phone…
